• How I could return unsatisfactory item(s)?


    • Items to be returned must be In original packaging and in good condition, unaltered, not teared, unused and etc.
    • Colors may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. Therefore, We reserve the right to refuse orders return as defect.
    • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach our HQ. Shoppispree is not responsible the return parcels until the items arrive at our HQ. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
    • Buyers are responsible for the return cost.
  • I would like to make a refund in cash (in any condition)

  • We apologize that we unable to provide any refund in cash without any proper reason provided. Reason in wrong purchase, out of mind, change of mind, item is not as same as photo are not to be accept as a refund purpose. 

  • I have found a defect on my item, But I’ve already used and tear the tag of the item.

  • We are unable to accept your return as the item had been used, Please check upon your receipt. 

  • Could I request for exchange if I found its out of my expectation?

  • No exchange can be made for items sold for the reason as above.
